How Northline Domains handles information submitted in connection with brokerage and acquisition inquiries.

Information collected
Northline Domains may receive contact details, professional information, domain names, ownership information, price expectations, acquisition budgets and correspondence that you voluntarily provide. This website does not use an embedded inquiry database; the contact form prepares an email in your own email application.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to evaluate inquiries, communicate with you, document authority, research potential counterparties, negotiate authorized transactions, coordinate closing and meet legal, accounting or compliance obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared when authorized or reasonably necessary with prospective counterparties, registrars, escrow or transfer providers, professional advisers and service providers. Northline does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the transaction, protected-buyer periods, dispute prevention, legal requirements and legitimate business records.
International processing
Domain transactions are international. Information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country when required to communicate with counterparties or service providers.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@northlinedomains.com. Legal and transaction records may need to be retained.

Links to LinkedIn, registrars, escrow providers or other third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
