This website provides general information about Northline Domains. It is not a marketplace, offer, appraisal, legal opinion, investment recommendation or promise that any domain can be sold or acquired.

No engagement without writing

Contact, discussion or submission of a domain does not create a brokerage, fiduciary, agency or advisory relationship. An engagement exists only when scope, represented party, authority, fees and material terms are confirmed in writing.

Ownership and authority

Domain owners are responsible for accurately representing ownership, control and authority to sell. Buyers are responsible for their authority and ability to purchase.

Pricing and valuation

Domain values are subjective and transaction-dependent. Price guidance, comparable information or strategic rationale does not guarantee a sale price, buyer interest or future value.

Intellectual property

Buyers and sellers are responsible for trademark, naming, regulatory and intellectual-property diligence. Northline is not a law firm and does not provide legal clearance.

Independent providers

Northline does not hold purchase funds and is not an escrow agent, payment processor or registrar. Transactions should use an established independent escrow or domain-transfer provider.

Fees

Brokerage commissions, acquisition fees, minimum fees and responsibility for third-party charges are disclosed in the applicable written engagement or transaction confirmation.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations apply only as agreed in writing or required by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Northline is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party service failures, account compromise, registrar action, payment fraud, trademark disputes or a counterparty’s failure to perform.
